Jeanne has coached hundreds of executives and business professionals on public speaking skills, media interview techniques, and effective business writing over the course of her 20-year career. She is skilled at helping people tap into their natural strengths so they feel more confident, and communicate more effectively and credibly in every business situation. Jeanne started her communication career at Beneficial Corporation, a worldwide financial services company, where she arranged and managed media tours for executives throughout North America. She later worked as a field producer for CNN Business News in Chicago, and has served as an adjunct professor in the School of Communication & Information at Rutgers University. She holds a masterís degree from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. Jeanne is also a partner in Rice+Associates, a marketing communication company based in Mendham, NJ.

Claire launched her career in the financial services industry, working on Wall Street for Merrill Lynch, which was a natural start after majoring in business management at Cornell University. However, her true passion is communications where, as a former Dale Carnegie instructor, she has honed her public relations skills in the not-for-profit arena and as a presenter for Image Dynamics, an etiquette and presentation skills firm specializing in corporate dining and networking. Since 2003, Claire has specialized in teaching dining etiquette to corporate professionals. Claire embraces her mother’s lifelong advice: "Chew with your mouth closed and be a lady (or a gentlemen) even though it's painful."


Cheryl Tremblay

As a personal stylist and image consultant, Cheryl has dressed clients for professional presentations and other business affairs, galas, balls and other Black Tie events, and even consulted on the attire for a music award nominee. Cheryl's innate talent lies in her ability to assess a client's personality and image goals, then insightfully create an appropriate, yet strikingly stylish impression. Cheryl graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University (NJ) with a bachelor's degree in communications. She quickly secured a position as an account executive with a Fortune 500 firm, where she acquired, developed, and managed multi-million dollar accounts.
